Kitch, a startup later acquired by Glovo, specializes in software designed to assist restaurants with their delivery services.

The upcoming exercise showcased here is the challenge I tackled during my application for the Performance Marketing Manager role. It involved devising a practice case for Kitch, which aimed to stabilize its business in Portugal while expanding into Spain. Crafting a comprehensive digital strategy for both scenarios, my objective revolved around acquiring leads, specifically targeting restaurants and their owners.

Subsequently, after successfully completing this exercise, I was recruited as a Performance Marketing Manager at Kitch. In this role, I had the opportunity to implement and refine the strategies developed, driving the company's digital initiatives from scratch.
